Our billing system keeps a record of all account-related emails sent to the address you provided. If you misplaced or didn’t receive an email from us, ensure you've whitelisted epicoster.com in your spam/junk filters.

These notifications may include:

  • Web hosting and control panel information
  • New invoices
  • Upcoming renewals for products and services
  • Support ticket emails
  • Announcements and password resets

If you didn’t receive or save an email, follow these steps to access it in your billing dashboard. Here’s an example using the Welcome email sent when you first signed up, containing important details like your hosting account information (cPanel, FTP, Webmail, etc.):

  1. Log into your billing dashboard: https://my.epichoster.com/clientarea.php
  2. Click Hello, [YOUR NAME]! in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Email History from the drop-down menu.
  4. Use the search box to type Welcome.
  5. Click View Message to see the email.
  6. A new pop-up window will open with the email message you chose to view.
