Need to update your credit card details? Follow these simple steps to keep your billing information current:

  1. Log In: Access your billing account by clicking here.
  2. Access Credit Card Management: In the top right corner, click "HELLO, NAME!" (where your name is displayed) and select "Manage Credit Card" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Update Your Details: On the next page, you can add a new credit card or update your existing information.
  4. Save Changes: Click the "Save Changes" button to complete the update.

How to Remove Your Credit Card Details

To remove your credit card details, you cannot do it directly through your billing account for security reasons. Follow these steps:

  1. Submit a support ticket to our billing department requesting the removal of your credit card details.
  2. A member of our billing and support team will process your request and remove the card details from your account.

Important Reminder

If you are requesting to remove your card, make sure to:

  1. Add a New Credit Card: Keep your account up-to-date with new card details.
  2. Set Up PayPal Payments: Alternatively, set up a recurring payment via PayPal.

When you receive your next invoice, you can choose to pay with your credit card or through PayPal. If you choose PayPal, a recurring payment will be set up automatically.
