You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan by following these simple steps. Most changes happen automatically, but for VPS or Dedicated Servers, we’ll assist you manually.
Steps to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan:

Log In: Access your secure client area by clicking here.

Navigate to Services: Once logged in, click on the "Services" link.

Choose Your Action: Select the product you want to upgrade or downgrade. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
Then proceed and select the plan you would like to Upgrade or Downgrade.
Finally, click the "Upgrade/Downgrade" link on the left side of your billing panel.
As previously mentioned, most products can be upgraded or downgraded automatically. However, if you have a VPS or Dedicated Server, manual intervention will be required. Once we receive your upgrade or downgrade order, we will reach out via support ticket to discuss the process and options available for your request.
