If there's an unpaid invoice on your account:
- Your account will be suspended 5 days after the due date.
- It will be terminated (deleted) 15 days after the due date.
For example, if your last invoice is due on January 1st:
- Your account will be suspended on January 6th.
- It will be terminated on January 16th.
When your account is suspended, your website(s) won't be accessible online. If you try to access your site, it'll show a suspended page.
Termination means your hosting account is completely removed from our system. Make sure to back up your site files, databases, and anything else you don't want to lose before termination.
